Friendly staff, but this is just another institution where the bureaucratic system gets to use its red tape excuses on why it can't do business with you. I have never been unable to open an account at any bank until I walked into this one.

Very unfriendly and snobby unless you have a lot of money. Will not do business there.
It was great until the board brought on new management: the employee turnover is awful ( due to management) we will be moving to another bank ASAP. I also know of incidents that lead me to believe several board members have more than questionable ethics.
Worst bank I have ever had an account with. It's been almost a month since we opened our account and still haven't gotten our debit cards yet. We also ordered checks and when we got them the name was wrong on the checks and had to wait another week to get new ones. Totally unacceptable!!
