I have sold a few things to them before and was checking to see how much they would give for a Pioneer DVD car receiver. The guy accused me of stealing it. Yes I have the original box, packaging and it's it in like new condition. Sad to see a company with so little integrity. I have a receipt to prove I bought it. Won't be back.

I have never seen a pawnshop that cares more about their customers. They boxed my ipad so nothing would happen to it. Just nice to know that a pawnshop gives a dang! Thanks guys! Edit-Oh and also i sent my wife in for the 1st time we used this shop and they didnt beat her on the loan amount he actually came up another $25 that she asked for. Many pawnshops want to treat customers like we dont matter or we are all just trying to get a fix these guys go above and beyond! If were ever strapped for cash between paydays Dans will always be the 1st stop!
I pawned a tv here and they tried to claim I had defaulted on the loan even after I showed them a ticket paying toward the item. When I explained that I paid toward the item in January having gotten that date from the PREVIOUS months payment they seemed confused and continued to insist I defaulted. I was asked for my payment tickets (I only had the most recent one) and they said I would need to find those. So I suggested they look up the records of my payments in their system which they finally did. Not surprisingly, it showed my payments for each month leading up to the current date. When I asked to pawn a white gold ring the lady insisted it was sterling (ring is literally stamped 10K) and was very rude. Most of the staff are rude and condescending. Will not be going here again. Spend an hour of your time and drive to Top Dollar Pawn in Lexington. They are family run and awesome!
