For several years I have driven many miles out of my way to buy rats to feed my snake, mainly because of the excellent customer service. Last Thursday 3/11, I drove the 60 mile round trip, only to find that they have only 3 rats available and of the wrong size. The woman that waited on me quite obviously did not care that I could not feed my pet. When I asked when more frozen rats would be available, her reply was "I don't know". If I want "customer service" like that, I will just go to the closer chain store.
Has everything for small pet needs. Haven't looked into bigger pets like dog and cats because i dont have any. All in all great place friendly people wouldn't suppprt anywhere else
They got all you need for your pets and then some. Also very friendly people there. They will help you if you need it.
I just walked out of there after the lady refused to let my daughter hold a hamster that we want to buy for Christmas. I wanted to bring my child here to shop for a pet but now I feel that I was refused service and disrespected despite that I'm a customer who has spent money here for years. I won't anymore. Let's go see what another pet store has to offer ...
we buy our crickets here! and dog treats. It's a nice place to buy aquarium equipment and feeder bugs. very nice staff!
