Love the area! The resort isn't much of a resort anymore the cabins have seen better days. Great spot to launch a boat.
I always enjoy going to Gwen Island. It is laid back, easy going place that is a good kept secret. It is also nothing fancy about it but , your on the lake so , enjoy.
If you want a pool and a waiter this is not your resort.
This Danville gem is not closed. We had a wonderful weekend there despite the rain. Looking forward to coming back.
