I made an appointment for 2 months in advance. 1 week before my appointment Lindsey called to postpone due to an unexpected opportunity to visit her family. I rescheduled my appointment for 6 weeks. 1 week before my appointment Lindsey called and needed to postpone it again because she had overbooked. I choose not to reschedule my appointment and go to another practitioner. I am very happy where I am at. Lindsey may be a good therapist but she is a very poor customer service representative.
