I went to Aspen because I had broken a tooth and my dentist was out of town. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and courteous. Everything was explained in detail, The exam and X-rays were extremely thorough. Then it was time to schedule an appt for a crown and teeth cleaning. I had just had them cleaned in May. Hmm. I was given the cost of the crown and with a coupon discount it was almost $300 more than my regular dentist. The tooth wasn't hurting so I decided to wait until my dentist returned from vacation.
Also the dental hygienist smelled like a half smoked pack of cigarettes.
I was lured to Aspen Dental by their free initial exam. This was a stupid and not to be repeated mistake on my end. The dental assistant was incompetent, and I was “mis”diagnosed with peridonatal diseases by the hygentist/dentist. I felt like I was at a used car lot rather than a dentist.
The staff was very informative and explained what they were doing so that I could understand. Also explained the plan that they wanted to perform to make sure I was taking care of. Answered all the questions I had. I would recommend any one to go here
I was there for 2 hours, they spent 90 percent of the visit harassing me to buy prescription toothpaste and mouthwash. I received about 15 minutes total of actual dental care. I recommend unless you have a dental emergency to go somewhere else. However, you can get in to see them very quickly, which I know isn't the case elsewhere.
Everyone was so nice and wow I had a appointment and maybe a total of 5 minutes wait time! I am excited about going back and having my teeth fixed now and I’m usually scared of a dentist but not here!
