I followed my inner voice and made an appointment with Susan Couzens after driving by her office and seeing her advertisements. From that phone call forward all I found was the utmost service, a caring staff that made you feel at home, the latest technology, a very knowledgeable and personable hygienist and a wonderful dentist that listens and was ready to come up with a plan to keep my smile healthy. She also gave me information on other subjects that would help my transition to Danville. By the time I left a very thorough "new patient" appointment, I had a smile in my heart that told me I had made the right decision! I look forward to a long relationship with an outstanding group. They are incredible! I actually drive an hour plus to see them every time. I found them when I was traveling and needed same day dentistry for a root canal and crown. I had never had problems with my teeth before and I was nervous about needing serious dental work from a dentist I didn't know. I was so impressed with the service and experience, I now drive a long distance to see them for cleanings. They are all so friendly, caring, and professional.
