The service was horrible. I also pulled a napkin out of the holder and a baby roach fell out. Used to be a great place to eat but I don't be back until something major changes!
At approximately 1:45 p.m. I ordered a whopper without catsup as I (always) do. Lady taking the order was very nice.. the restaurant was not busy, but was still messed up and dirty from lunch ??? Ordered my two grandsons the cheeseburger special the order taker suggested. Food came fairly quickly ,, the boys's French fries was semi warm.. burgers was cold and so dried out, they took few minutes to chew a bite. The cheese slice on the cheeseburgers was just like u took it out of package ,,not even a hint of melted..??? We were starved from eating late lunch or we would never have gotten any of it down.??? We threw away most of the food,,
Slow service. Rude. My burger was thrown together. Had a half piece of bacon on it. Sweet tea was weak and watered down. Won't be going back there until staff has time to cycle new people
This chain is a horrible representation of the Burger King franchise. The customer service is rude and the food takes horrible. They do not use fresh burgers. I would never go here again.
