I moved here from Texas and I grew up eating authentic Mexican food. Move to Kentucky, and I've had nothing but bad experiences in Mexican restaurants. 4 attempts at Guadalajara's (3 different establishments) all were absolutely terrible. Several other random Mexican restaurants with bad results. Los Rodeos turned that around, with fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, fair prices, and large portions. I highly recommend it

Good Food and Generous portions. I had the fajitas lunch size and it was sizzling in the cast iron skillet. Seasoning was tasty. You won't leave hungry!
